Megan

Megan Gibson is set to raise the standard in the musical world of Pop/RnB. With a colourfully painted aural canvas, Megan finds her own sound within the worldwide white-noise of female Pop/RnB vocalists and performers.

Listening to the summery simplicity of the independent-women’s anthem ‘Back n Forth’, the raw uncut-funk-fuelled attitude of the 80's themed ‘Candy Girl’ and the lyrical prowess of ‘Hot Boy’, her first musical efforts are a force to be reckoned with.

Citing her musical influences as Whitney, Aaliyah, Janet and Mya, Megan’s style fuses the old and the new for a sound that appeals to everyone from the ‘boys on the corner’, to the ‘emancipated debutante’. Megan has a bright future, promising to blaze a trail among her peers.

At around this time Cassell set about gaining the required knowledge to turn his passion for music into a career.

Cassell successfully applied for a business development loan from ‘The Princes Trust’ after which he set-up his own production studio. At the heart of Cassell’s production was ‘hip hop’, working with UK hip-hop artists and singers he met through a prolonged residencies as the Drummer for the live event, ‘The Apricot Jam’ hosted by ,’Jonzi D. This allowed him to work with artist’s such as, TY,Estelle,Skinny Man,Rodney P,Roots Manava to name a few.

Cassell’s drumming then took him outside the UK, where he toured for six years with international superstar ‘Keziah Jones’. Performing as a headliner act in most of the Biggest festivals around Europe and Japan.

Working with Marcel Pusey founder of ‘Bassisitary Arts’ Cassell has had the privilege to share his knowledge and skills with the community by teaching educational workshop programs in schools across the UK and Far East, giving him the chance to diversify as a musician outside the fast ‘touring’ lane,

In the recent years Cassell has taken up the position as the new drummer for Mike Skinner & The Streets and has recently completed a European and US tour.

His work with Plan B resulted in co writing and recording drums for the album entitled ‘The Defamation Of Strickland Banks’, which has seen success of two top ten hit singles before entering the UK charts as a number one Album.
